Yeah, some of their settings are ridiculous. As long as you know what max voltages you shouldn't exceed, its a good rough guide to go off of.

that gigabyte guide is ridiculous, i wouldnt put my voltage settings as high as in there.

i would look for a guide for your specific motherboard as some things are named differently in the BIOS'
