How to mount Asus Maximus VI ITX mobo?

Has anyone tried to mount the Asus Maximus VI motherboard on the Corsair 250D yet? The upper right screw to secure all four corner is covered by the screw that holds the daughterboard in place. Am I suppose to unscrew that and screw in a screw that I used for the other 3 corners?
