Which tools do you guys use to monitor the login availability of Citrix servers? Scenario; there are hundreds of ctx servers and one of them passes all traditional server monitoring metrics and is UP, but refuses logins (for whatever reason).

Is it safe to assume "Citrix Server" means XenApp or XenDesktop?
What version are you running?
Refusing logins is usually at the OS level (check event logs)..but if it is at the app ("citrix") level,
then either licensing or logons disabled come to mind ..but again ..need more info.
Versions 7.x use Director for real time type status.
