how to master reset an epson printer?

shit... simple story.. black ink ran out.. red lights pops up.. went out to buy genuine black epson ink and installed it.. the red light still wont go away preventing me from printing.

my epson is out of warranty so dont want to pay epson $20? for tech support or to know how i can possibly master reset the epson printer? its a c60 model anybody can help me please?
 
sounds like something on epson.com's tech help or product support sections. . . have you checked there?
 
it is askin to call tech support after i found a link to my problem and my warranty has expired.. so anybody can help? and no i am not using a 3rd party ink.. i bought genuine ink
 
they should give tech support if you just bought there ink, i see no reason why you would pay 20 bucks to tak to them if its a problem with somthing you just bought
