How to increase my output?

Running a p4 3.0ghz HT, standard 5.02 install. I heard there are different flags to use for p4s? What are these and how will they help? Also I am only running one instance, should I be running two?

two instances will give you about a 10-15% increase (correct me if I'm wrong guys) in points... I use the -forceasm -advmethods -local flags on my P4 2.4C... it'll take longer to do each WU with 2 running... but it's not "twice" the time... so feel free to throw another instance on there (different directory, just copy the console client over and run it).......

Thanks to Relic I have another box folding w/a 700Mhz P3. plus the two in my sig...1 being a dual cpu

atm I am running the p4 3.0ghz, my p2 500mhz server and my 1.4ghz athlon computer at work. I am the IT guy there.
