How to i open ports in windows firewall

I'm using vista which is what makes this so hard. I can't find any where to do this. I've opened/forwarded port 6112 to host warcraft 3 games but ive been told its not working because it needs to be opened/forwarded with windows firewall? Im a little confused by this and cant find where to do this. Any help is greatly appreciated
