How to get rid of Book1.xls loads up in Excel 2000?

Since I re-install my machine in Apr., when I re-install Excel 2000, ea. time I load it up, the default Book1.xls keep loading up. In the past, I just have no default book1.xls loads up.

So I goto Options, and I just can't find any option to uncheck any loading of this file. How do you get rid of it?

If I remember correctly you can add the switch
/e
to the end of the Excel shortcut. This stops any pages from loading by default I think
