How to get Hirens to boot

Everytime I burn the .iso to a CD, it doesn't become a bootable cd, just a cd with files on it... Is there something I need to do before it boots?

Everytime I burn the .iso to a CD, it doesn't become a bootable cd, just a cd with files on it... Is there something I need to do before it boots?

Check your BIOS and make sure it's set to boot from CD first. Then insert the CD in the drive, and restart the computer. After POST, it will boot from the CD, assuming it was burned correctly.
