How to force v-sync from within Catalyst control menu?

I don't see an option to do this, although I expect there is an option to enable v-sync.

I am trying to keep FPS maxed at 60 in Skyrim b/c the game becomes buggy above 60FPS.

Thanks.
 
One of the options says "wait for vertical refresh" that's it
Problem is that not all games will rely on that and will override it, like Metro 2033 being one :(
 
Also, is there an option within Catalyst for setting a hotkey that takes screenshots in game?


Using Prntsc key and pasting into MS Paint results in just a black image.
