The video card must have a control panel. My Nvidia card has one and I open it by going into the "Display" icon in Control Panel.
Dble-clk on it and it opens up. Navigate to the ATI control panel that is within it.
Then search around in the ATI ctrl panel till you find the adjustment for "adjust resolutions" (or whatever its called).
Then set the rez to what u want. If this instruction is not clear, talk to someone who owns an ATI card. Good luck.
