How to fix sound stutter in cs source?

Ok I get this sound stutter in cs source but I dont get it in HL2
I use to but since the patch came out it went away but its still in cs source its really bad in begin of a map but my fps stay at around 60fps and it doesnt lag but when there alot of sounds going off I get this sound stutter that makes the game lag for me? I play at 1024x768 with no af or aa and setting at med. here are my system spec.

i used to get sound stutter in maps like aztec in certain parts till i turned off mat_specular and mat_bumpmapping. you could try that if you havent' already.
