How do you exchange the 2005fp? Can someone give me an E-Mail or exact link to a page to request an exchange? Also, how does the exchange work, do you request, they send, then when you get the new one you put the old one in the new ones box and send it back?

I did and sent an E-Mail on the 12th of Jan to Support@dell.com as some other people said. I still didn't receive an E-Mail from them... I also looked on there site and found an E-Mail product support link but they need a Service Tag and don't know what that is or can't find it. So, If someone can give me a link or something ASAP since my 21 days is over real soon.
