Below are the instructions from microsoft im trying to follow.

Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).
Locate the following key in the registry:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings

On the Edit menu, click Add Value, and then add the following registry values:
"MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server"=Dword:0000000a
"MaxConnectionsPerServer"=Dword:0000000a

Quit Registry Editor

The problem is that there is no add value choice in the edit menu. What gives. How do I enter these values into the registry?

try edit (or right click) new -> dword (it's not 'add' its 'new')

you can also

in the notepad type (or cut and paste)

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings]"MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server"=Dword:0000000a

then save as a .reg file, then click it

repeat with

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings]"MaxConnectionsPerServer"=Dword:0000000a

comes in handy for tweaks youll apply to multiple machines
(save them to a floppy)
