how to enlarge one icon only ??

ok i just changed the recycle bin icon but i still dont know how to make it larg i mean i can make the whole icons larg but i dont want to waste space i just only want 1 icon to be larg like 3 time the normal size.

what to do !!

Why do you want to enlarge only that icon? Ya lost me there...

cause i wanna make my own style i like to make ( my computer icon ) bigger and also recycle bin and put in the corner just a good looking icon.
