How to easily open a .qxp file?

A friend asked if I knew how to open a 47 mb file that has a .qxp extension.
I found that it is a "Quark" file that can be opened by Adobe In Design or Quark software.
Both are expensive and the file needs to be opened only once so it's not worth the $ to buy either program.
Anyone got any ideas?

I downloaded the trial version of orgplus but I can't open the file yet.

PM me the file (host it on Mediafire or similar) and I'll see if I can convert it to a file you can open properly. I have Adobe CS4 Master Collection on my PC, so I should be able to open it in In Design.
