Restore from a clean backup or re-install.

You need to be more specific with what you are trying to do. Is this an OEM system that came with restore discs? Is it a home built system, that doesn't really have a "factory setting"? If it is the first, you should have discs for this. If it is the second, then you should back up your data, boot from the OS disc and do a fresh install.
