I opened a picture off the internet on a clients computer and when the picture was opening, a command prompt window opened and closed quickly. I should have known with the picture only being 247KB in size.

I assume I got hit by some type of problem instructions or something.
I decided to net user under command prompt to see if a new user was added, but not sure if windows home comes with this Support_3889*** account either ?
Plus, I know how to delete a hidden user accounts using MMC.exe snap-ins but that stuff is
missing from XP Home Edition. So I assume it has to be done from the cmd.exe but I'm not sure how to do it?

Also, is there anything else I should check and make sure is fine after this picture problem?
Besides ad-aware,spybot, windows defender

Thank you for your time,

edit: n/m it's not available in XP Home. Use this instead to disable it:

net user someusername /active:no

or this to delete it:

net user someusername /delete

The Support_3889xxxx account is normal and is used by the Help and Support feature.

do you know of anything I should run or check to makes sure the computer wasn't compromised ?
