How to delete everything ?

I currently have a fairly new WD 320GB hdd that is not being used on my old computer. I want to move this to my new one and use it as storage instead of saving things on to my 150GB raptor. How would I go upon doing this?

Hook up the drive, go into Administrative tools, disk management and format the drive.

You can also use Dban to erase the drive when you put it in your new computer if you decide to wipe it securely.

Only do this (it take hours, especially on larger drives) if you are going to sell or give away the drive to someone else. If you are using it in a different system of your own, don't bother.

Ya, I don't have anything against secure wiping (I do it when needed), but I wanted to mention that it isn't going to provide a benefit in this case, since he will be reusing the drive himself.
