how to delete a system restore?

I made a system restore just in case i had to go back to my old settings when installing some stuff. But i never had to go back. How do i delete the system restore point that i created? I'm using windows vista.

I made a system restore just in case i had to go back to my old settings when installing some stuff. But i never had to go back. How do i delete the system restore point that i created? I'm using windows vista.

1. Hit Windows Key
2. Type "Disk Cleanup"
3. Hit Enter
4. select files from all users, allow at UAC prompt
5. Select your system drive
6. Wait for scan to complete
7. Select "More Options" tab
8. Hit the "Clean up..." button under System Restore and Shadow Copies
9. Select Delete at the Pop-up Prompt
