How to decode PAR2?

I can't find a freeware/shareware to decode PAR2 file? Does anyone has any idea?

I have 4 RAR files forms one total gigantic file. The first 3 RAR files are fine. One of them is broke down into say 50 parts. Only part 1 is missing. And w/ Win RAR, it can't form the file w/o Part 1.

And w/ Quick PAR, even when I added those 49 parts manually. It doesn't change one bit on the "total no. of block required." Any advice?
