How to dampen pump?

Right now, the noiseiest thing in my computer is the pump. I can hear it above everything else. Right now I'm using styrofoam to try to cushion it. It's a bit better, but is there any way to make it near silent? I know when I take it off my case, I can barely hear my pump, but it's just resonating off my case too much.

neoprene foam rubber is good for dampening vibration, also if you have some extra tubing lying around someone just posted on here that sticking that under the pump works well to dampen the vibration as well. Styrofoam is quite hard and wouldn't really have all that much give in stopping the vibration.

Thats odd, I thought those pumps were supposed to be very quiet (before they failed and had you cursing C-systems that is)

They are very very quiet... it's just all the virbration gets transmitted to the case :(. If i hold it up without touching, I can't hear it. Once I mount it... ... loud.
