How to clean my CPU

I've found the pressure washer at the car wash works best for getting the layers of caked mud off my CPU. I then get the wax & polish treatment too.

I think you want to clean thermal paste off? Paper towel is find for scraping off most of it, then use a q-tip and nail polish remover to on the core to remove any trace of thermal paste, then a q-tip with rubbing alcohol to remove the nail polish remover and any fingerprints left.
