how to center my website??

I use dreamweaver MX2004 i helped my cousin out we got the template for free but dont know how to put the contents on the middle... any help would be appreciated... Thanks!!

Don't forget

body { text-align: center }

for some IE quirkiness fixing. Make sure you assign a text-align to your next element (ie container) so that the text isn't center aligned.
