I'm using an Aerogate 2 and it works with every fan but the migraine inducing Tornado. I know its gotta be something stupid that I'm overlooking, what am I doin wrong?

I control my Vantec 92mm Tornado with my Hardcano 9, which ultimately controls the fans via a molex connector.

The Tornado comes with only two outputs: a molex and a rpm sensor. There is no two-pin control knob.

I have a 92mm Vantec Tornado hooked up to my Vantec Nexus via a 3 to 4 pin converter that came with the Nexus. Did the Hardcano 9 come with anything like that?

you going to need a controler like the nexus.. im not sure if the hardcano provides 18v/channle like the nexus to support the tornado..i think the nexus is the onlything that really supports high V fans not sure thoe/..

18W/channel ;)
According to google, the first link says the Aerogate 2 "Supports 4 fans (max. output 18W each)."

I chopped off the molex and the RPM connector of each of my 3 tornados, then when I had the three bare wires, I soldered on regular 3 pin connectors. Plugged those into my Super Flower fan master, and it works like a charm.

All 3 are controlled, plus a 120mm side fan. Works perfect.
