how these temps look? Bad, eh?

Specs in sig, trying to Overclock this bitch, got her up to 3.0 ghz and she wont higher. It'll post, but wont boot windows. Anyway, MBM is showing my cpu temp at idl 127F and at load 158F (52 C/70 C) and my case temp is 96 F (35 C), ambient temp 72 in my house... These temps high? I'm debating whether to buy a new case with better cooling and another heatsink/fan for the cpu. I wanna hit 3.2 GHZ, are these CPUS known for overclocking or no? Maybe the heatsink isnt seated right? Where can i go to tell what the stock heatsink tems should be?
 
Ok, i backed the ram timings down to their lowest settings, like 6-8-4-4, and upped the voltage on the cpu to 1.6 and am now at 3.2ghz with a dram setting of 3:2, instead of 1:1. CPU temp is 53 C idle, i'm gonna go run 3dmar03 and see if i can keep her stable...
