How the manufacturers name the laptop LCD screen?

Do not know whether I've put this thread in a right place.

Any one konw how the manufacturers name the laptop LCD screen?
Take LP133WX1-TLA1 as an example, what's the exact mean about LP133WX1-TLA1?what specifications it indicate? I mean, without browsing its spefications, what should I know just from its name???

And what about other laptop parts,such as ac adapter,battery. What's the rule? Anyone could give me some help?
