ok.. i am working on someone's computer

he has this mobo http://www.biostar-usa.com/mbdetails.asp?model=m7viw

now cpuz says that the processor is an athlon XP.. thourghbred 1.568v and 100fsb
multi is 10.5 and it 1049mhz.... the model just says amd athlon.. no PR number.. so is this a 133fsb processor? and is it underclocked and undervolted? this motehrboard sucks and has no voltage controls.. and i tried to up the fsb to 133, but it only goes to 132.. so it must be autodetecting the cpu as 100 fsb or something

so first.. what processor is in here? 1600+ ?

next.. the memory..

right now this is running async..
256mb spectek
pc2700 running at pc 2100 2.5-3-3-6

it says it can do 2-2-2-5 @fsb.. should i set it to that? and get low latencies and a 1:1 ratio?

or should i try to up the fsb since i don't think it is right?

i think the temps were kinda high.. like 40c idle.. it has a speeze hs on it..

so what should i do?

try to get the fsb at 100 on both the ram and cpu? or 133? is the cpu a 1.05ghz or is it something like an underclocked 1600+ ??

no one can answer anything?

what throroughbred processor has a 10.5multi?

is anyone familiar with the bios on that board? or have then seen one where you can set the fsb to 132.. but not 133 .. what is the deal with that?

thanks
