1. Use Partition magic and resize the existing partition.
2. Buy another HDD and install linux on that.

There used to be a freeware utility called fips one could use for shrinking partitions, too. Make sure your drive is completely defragged before trying fips, though. I don't remember if it'll work properly on NTFS-formatted partitions, but it might be worth a look.

The utility is bootit. I used it on my laptop to repartition a pure ntfs drive. I let the RH installer do the rest of the formating. It is free and it is a nifty little partitioning tool.
