how permanent is this UV reactive paint?

I was thinking about buying some of this paint http://www.pctoys.com/ProductDetails.aspx?productID=26 and spraying a few of my fans. My question is does anyone know how permanent this stuff is? I don't want to take my fans apart and have to worry about doing it again. Does anyone know a way to make this stuff permanent, maybee with like some clear Lacquer or something? Thanks

i've sprayed a couple fans grills and painted on the walls in my apartment with it, still there after about a year.

It should last well after the parts in the computer are obsolete. It's not like the fans are on a surface taking mucho abuse - just cutting through the air.
