how often do processors come doa?

Generally speaking, what percentage of processors would be DOA? Just curious at how reliable processor manufacture is. i'm guessing, no where near the dead rate of motherboards, right:?

I've never heard nor experienced one. If they're dead before they reach the socket blame ESD.
