gee, never occured to me. But a good point nonetheless since the memory controller is on-die
 
i highly doubt that anyone's going to be able to run their cpu at below those min vcores for the vdimm, unless for some reason they wanted to oc the ram but not the cpu? :confused: either way though, its good to know :)
 
i remember eclipse showed that to me a while ago (the one at xtremesystems) and it freaked me out bc i am one of the people with VX memory. i guess this doesnt effect most of the ppl who have 2gb setups that only need like 2.8v.

i remember them saying that it actually should be even higher than those. (the vcore) i thought it was around like 1.5v for 3.3v+ oh well that's about what im running at so it's all good.
