How Newegg Dissapoints Me...

I have read thousands upon millions of reviews on how well Newegg is as a company. With their lightning fast service and wonderful customer relations. However I beg to differ, for I have had trouble purchasing products through them. Most recently I put in an order for a few pc parts and in one day everything went through to Step 3: Card was charged. However it has remained on the same step for almost 3 days without any form of notification. It's honestly not a huge deal for I am in no rush, but I don't see how everyone else loves them so. I ordered Monday by the way, and yes I know it was New Years Eve this weekend, but still....

And yeah, I had no idea where to post this so a mod can move it anywhere he/she pleases. Anyone else have problems going through new egg?
 
stop bitching around christmas the guy on the phone me they were average 35,000 packages shiped each day

when u order u get a email with ur fed ex tracking number and another one that acts as a proof of purchase

u can log onto their site to check order status if its at step 1-5 / u been charged etc

lemme guess u used a fake email to sign up
 
Haha, yeah you got me, so smart are you. I decided to use a fake email, name, card and all (fucking douchebag). I just find it a bit funny that it would take this long for two products. I could care less, just was trying to make sure this is somewhat normal.
 
why crap poweraid? how could you think he was committing fraud? (newegg deserves it though) He was just saying how newegg fucked him over. They have yet to do the same to me, but I don't want to take the risk again. Their shipping prices are outrageous. They used to have great shipping deals, but you now have to pay full priced shipping on (it seems) 95% of their products now. I'll use zipzoomfly or gameve from now on

You can disagree all you want but when it gets personal, count on a Mod, SuperMod, or Admin stepping in; you may not always be thrilled by the outcome. B.B.S.
