How much would you pay for an E6420 that's been used for like 4 months (give or take a little). No oc.
 
140$ from a friend. 115$ from a stranger. Depends on some things:

Is it face to face?
Are you 100% it wasn't oc'd?

I think a E6550 goes for 165 brand new so used about 120 and yours is 6420 so I would probably pay 100-110 max.
 
I'm 100% sure there was a *mild* OC on it.. about 300mhz. It's a friend of mine, and I lent him a 965G-ds3 to runa c2d set up since his a64 broke. He's sending back the ds3, and I might buy the 6420 with it. I'm just wondering about a price from a good friend.

in that case, I would refuse to buy it, or pay <$50 with how little the new procs are costing!
