How much would you pay for this?

Hi all,

I'm about to buy a used HP W2408H. It's 3 years old and if the monitor's speakers are being used (volume level > 0) there can be heard a slight buzzing noise, especially when there's lots of white color on the screen.

Now the question is, how much would you pay for it? Is 200e (275 dollars) too cheap?
