How much should i sell my computer for???

I'm selling my computer to one of my brother's friends and would like to know how much I should sell it for?
I need to know whats the most i should charge him considering I don't have a job right now.

If everything is in perfect condition (never overclocked, RMA'd, no dead/stuck pixels, etc) with retail boxes, I usually sell for 70% of Newegg's price. If it's not on NewEgg, go to pricewatch.com and check there.

If it's not in perfect condition, drop the percentage accordingly. Search on the stuff at the FS/FT forum and see examples of pricing too.
