How much power for this SFF Server?

I'm planing on building a new personal file/web server, with RAID1 so I have a more reliable backup of my important data and such. At first I was considering using the Intel Atom 330 Board, as it was cheap and low powered, but the board does not support RAID. Now I'm looking at using an Intel Q45 Mini-ITX board and putting a little more *umph* into the machine, as I do often SSH to it for development. I picked out a 2.66GHz Core 2 Quad and 4GB of DDR2-800. The drives will be 2x WD Black 1TB HDDs in RAID1.

Now, the reason I'm posting is the case I'm planning on using, the Chenbro ES32067 (a Mini-ITX case with two hot-swap 3.5" SATA bays) comes with only a 150W PSU, however, it's listed as a FlexATX PSU, so I think I'll be able to replace it (I've emailed the company asking if this is the case), but realistically, how much power should I need for this machine? eXtreme PSU Calculator told me someone in the ballpark of 200W, while Newegg's calculator spat out a much higher 370W suggestion.

Any other feedback on the server is appreciated as well. I plan for it to run Ubuntu Linux x64.

A 150-200w PSU sounds bout right (ima say it'll draw 100w at the most). 370w, roflwtf..
 
is there a good place to find the power pull of the CPU alone? newegg says 95W, but I'm not sure if that's power or heat...
 
Sorry for the double post, but would the Q9400s, which newegg lists as a TDP of 65W, use less power?
 
Well if you're using it as a personal file/web server, you'll be hard pressed to find it in situations where it'll even touch 10% of cpu load and won't even remotely touch the stated TDP.
 
For an "always on" machine I would still consider going with a dual-core. Cheaper in the long and short term.

yeah... but in the event that I'm SSHed in for development (The whole reason for the quad is that I occasionally do some work with multithreaded development, i'm a CS major) could a program potentially max out the CPU, upping it's power draw? and could that cause it to overload the PSU and shut down?

EDIT: Turns out this board REQUIRES the "S" series Quad Core chips
