How Much Power Do I Need?

Planning to build a HTPC with some old parts but I find that I tend to go overkill sometimes with PSU's and thought I'd ask here for some advice.

What would I need for:

Core 2 Duo E6600
Geforce 8800 GT
4gb of ram
1 500gb 7200rpm hard drive
1 optical drive

I'm not sure how much gaming I will do with it since I game on my desktop, is it worth it to replace the 8800 GT with a less power consuming card? Thoughts?
 
CX430 V2, especially when it goes on sale for ~$20.
 
The Antec Earthwatts psu isn't to bad and can usually be picked up on sale.
