What is the min rating of a PSU for running a PC stable with a XFX 6800 gs OCed,cooler master hyper 48 hsf(stock),one 120 mm and 3 other 80 mm fans ,two 7200rm Seagate Barracuda on a Prescott 3.2 Ghz(not OCed as INTEL mobo)?
I already have a 350 W supply but i think it wont be too stable at this PSU rating.

Check out this post from the forums at SPCR. It's a guy who ran a system similar to yours on a 300W PSU from Seasonic. Granted, Seasonics are great PSUs with high efficiency, so it's hard to gauge completely what your 350W PSU can do.

Reading in the SPCR forums, the consensus seems to be that only the most advanced SLI setups with overclocked dual core and many hard drives might require something like a 500W PSU. This is, of course, a general opinion from people like the poster above who have ran similar systems or other, more power-hungry rigs. Of course, the more power the merrier, and with all things in life, YMMV.

Check out the SPCR forums and the Recommended section for PSUs. Good info.
