I'm looking at stuff like this.

http://www.frozencpu.com/slv-26.html?mv_pc=729

My main goal is to be able to get the "thinnest" sleeving I can get (this is for an external sleeving project, actually) and want to know how SMALL can I and still be able to fit a plug as big as the head on http://www.philmore-datak.com/images/SJT163.jpg this one..

Can I squeeze that through 1/8" ? 1/4" .. or do I need to get the big old 1/2" nylon sleeving?

What I am passing through the nylon cable is 2 coaxial cable tv wires, two RCA phone audio wires, and two 2 prong power wires like shown [except they are integrated into the devices, so it's not bare wire]

It doesn't. If anything, it shrinks. You're gonna need like 3/4" stuff, if not bigger than that!

I disagree.. Please don't answer if your answer is OBVIOUSLY wrong.

ALL nylon sleeves stretch. - I am asking by what amount.. does it double in size? add 50%? etc..

Proof?

Normal

now a sleeve that is *CLEARLY* stretching outward.

I am *not* talking about heatshrink.

I am also unclear as to precisely what about it is 1/2" or 1/4" etc.. diameter? Radius? Circumfrence?

a 1/2" circumfrence is pretty damn small.. and 1/8" is downright microscopic.. so, when they are talking about 1/2" sleeving, what is that a measurement of?

Dude. Chill! I thought you meant stretch LENGTH-wise, not diamter wise. Sheesh. Try to help a guy out and he gets all pissy. Sheesh.

I'll try one more time to be nice, and direct you to http://www.cableorganizer.com/wire-management/ where they show the maximum diamter of the sleeving.

Sheesh.

So, you thought i'd need 3/4" wide stuff over say, 1/2" wide stuff for length concerns? not just ya know.. 10 Foot long stuff instead of say... 8 foot long stuff maybe?

Sorry if I misunderstood you. ;)

OTOH, That link will probably help me guesstimate what I need, so, Thanks..

Apology accepted. Watch it next time buddy! :p Just messin.

But yeah, you got like 6 cables you're trying to run through there. Hey, brainstorm. Why not get the side-entry stuff instead? It's a little asspensive, but will save you LOTS of time trying to snake all those cables through there.

Can that side entry stuff shrink down too? Ultimately I think i'm gonna slide clear heatsink over top of the nylon.. :)
