How much does a GF6800 affect Amb temps???

I'm only running with a cheap case atm, although my temps arent too bad. I'm going to be upping the system to 1gb ram and changing the PSU for a TT 480W with passive/active PFC (model No is W0011R for those who want to take a look) - all in preparation for replacing my 128mb Ti4200 with a 256mb Gainward 6800 Ultra Extreme (I know the extreme part is a bit of a misnomer, but I can't be arsed to type the full Gainward card title - even this sentance is shorter!!!) and I was wondering how much this is likely to affect the temps? I've got a crappy 80mm fan as a front intake, and a stock athlon xp 2800+ fan as a rear outtake (only room for a 60mm fan and I'm finding them a pain to get hold of!). Anyone have any ideas about the affect the new upgrades will have? Do you think I'll see a temp hit, and would it be worth changing the case? (I don't want to do it for the fun of it - after spending £400 on a gfx card another £100 on a case maybe a bit more than the bank account can handle!)

For those who are interested, the only clocking in my system is the cpu, I'm using an MSI nForce2 board, so I loaded the high perf settings, altered the voltages slightly and upped the FSB to 400mhz to get an (enormous, I know) OC of about 220mhz. But it's worth it to get the ram running at max speed and all it's cost me are about 5degrees on the chip.

XP2800+ @ 3400+ - TT Volcano 11+ Xaser Edition - 512mb DDR400 - Chip @ 51dg idle, 59-60dg load, Amb @ 37dg idle, 40-45dg load

On the subject of the 60mm exhaust I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a 60mm - 80mm converter??

They do, but I don't really want to ship internationally for a 60mm fan!!! (Im in the uk). Do you know of any uk sites?
