With a Speeze 7 cooler(are they even available anymore.. then again, there is a lot better stuff out there), it should run fine at 2.2Ghz.... if it is a good chip, it should even do that at stock voltage.
As for how far it will overclock.. maybe 2.4 if you push it.
I had my 3200+ (stock 2.2Ghz) running at 2.6Ghz.
If you have DDR400 RAM.. just bump the bus speed to 400 from 333 and see if it works.. that will give you 2.2Ghz which the last couple chips I have tried would do easily.
If not... change the RAM/CPU divider so the RAM will still be running at DDR333 first. Thew 5/6 divider should do the trick just fine.
