How much can I expect to overclock with this setup?

Chaintech VNF4 Ultra motherboard
Antec Smartpower 2.0 500w psu
Corsair ValueSelect 2x512mb ram
CoolerMaster Centurion 5 case with 120mm exhaust, 80mm intake and mesh front panel
(2) CoolerMaster 80mm case fans 23cfm

I'll also have an ATi x800xl 256mb PCI-express vid card
