How much are these servers worth?

I'm looking at getting 4 HP DL380 G4 servers with the intent of reselling them. It seems that asking prices on eBay can range from $300-$400, but no one is biting. Realistically, how much are they worth with the following specs?

- Dual 3.8Ghz Intel Xeon Processors
- 4 GB RAM
- Four gigabit ethernet (2 on board, 2 on HP Network Card)
- Dual Power Supplies
- DVD Drive
- HP Smart Array 6i Controller
- Dual 146GB 10K SCSI drives (holds up to 6)

$100 to $150. Now a days, those are way under powered and very power hungry.

100 or less. i got my dl385 for a hundred with 16gigs of ram. They are not worth much, they are slower and are huge power hogs.
