How many times has a "How long will AMD stay in business" thread been started here in the past 15 years?

Why do people think that their revenue depends on consumer market sales. I'm fairly certain they choose to keep their dealings with the consumers to a minimum because most of them are obnoxious and whine about everything

They have a pretty diversified product portfolio and are still innovating in many areas. Zen seems promising and will be a huge hit if it can deliver at least the 40% higher IPC claim, much lower power draw, and way less heat output. Arctic Islands should run cooler and better thanks to the die shrink and HBM2. Bristol Ridge may be a huge leap forward in both CPU and IGP performance for the APU segment. It's going to take them a couple/few years to start recovering, but I think they're going to be fine in the long run.
