how long does the rivatuner database builder take you to install?

I ask cause i think i have a problem..i'm installing rivatuner and the database builder has been building for AGES at least 15-20 minutes and its STILL not done (on a qx6700 @ 3.2ghz), it says on the thing that it will take "several minutes". Also in the task manager the installer isn't using all that cpu horse power, it sits on around 26percent..
is this normal?

usually takes a few seconds If I had to guess maybe 10 seconds ?
