I just sent my ATI radeon9800pro in for RMA, and was wondering how long it takes? I know their email said 10 days, but that seems a little long. so how long did you wait?

Where did you RMA it to? It takes shipping time from you to them and back again plus about a day to check it out.

guesstimating here

days for them to receive it + days for them to process it + days for them to send back

about 4-5 days standard mail
then 1-2 days (shouldn't take too long)
3-6 days (depending on wether they use cheap-o UPS ground or 3 day shipping)
and you get anywhere from 8 to 13 days.

I dont think any RMAs actually do repairs on items like that, they're usually replaced. Unless the item is a multi-part machine (like a pc, where RAM may go bad, ram is replaced, entire PC is returned.)

Except maybe Hitachi Deskstars.
