I am about to buy a visiontek x800 and wanted to know if it was a good card or should i just buy the one built buy ati

I am pretty sure that all VisionTek, Sapphire, and Built By ATi cards come from the exact same manufacturing plant.

The VisionTek should treat you just fine.

I have the Visiontek X800 and it's just as good as the BBA. Actually, this thing overclocks well over anything any ATI card I have ever did.

I am very happy with it. :)

I have a Visiontek 9800Pro, overclocks like a beast. Looks identical to a BBA card, just comes in different packaging.

I have a VTek 9800 Pro...excellent card. Had a VTek GeForce 3 Ti-500 previously, as well...also an excellent card. Both overclocked quite well, ran well without any issues...good warranty, too. :D

I read a couple reviews on the Visiontek X800pro including the one here at Hard OCP, and they both have said it OCs better than the BBA cards. As high as 95 core and 114 mem with stock cooling:eek:. Not to mention the lifetime deal, and its coming in at $399. I had a V-tek Gforce 3 ti200 and it was a great card infact its still going strong in my buddies pc. Its the one I'm getting as soon as I have the cash. ;)
