How is this RAM for overclocking my system?

[Af.Obselite]

I was wondering how well this (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820220227)RAM will work when I go to overclock my 5200+.
My target is to get around 2.9-3.0 Ghz on the processor.

Here's the system specs:
Athlon 5200+ Windsor 2.6 Ghz
MSI K9N SLI Platinum 570 SLI
2 x EVGA 7600GT in SLI
7200 Seagate 250G Sata Drive
Patriot eXtreme Performance 2x2gb PC2 6400
Antec True Power Trio 650w PSU
