3.2 is a little meh for a 6600

should be able to do 3.4-3.6
 
It looks like a good start :) It's also a nice increase over stock speeds if you like me don't feel the need to go higher for everyday use. Still a few comments:

You should be able to get stable with CPU voltage a bit lower, try 1.35vCore in BIOS, it would also help your temps a little.

357x9 is IMO not as good as 400x8 for 3.2GHz, if you go that route remember to set the memory:fsb ratio to 1:1 though.

MB temp: If your Asus mb's MB temp sensor is placed like it is on the Asus Commando, then you MB temp will drop significantly if you can get a 120mm fan blowing on the top half of the MB (infront of the memory slots really). I just mounted the fan in the top 3 5 1/4" drivebays using strips.

MEMORY EDIT: Are you using the XMS2x2048PC6400C4 sticks from Corsair? If yes and if you run the sticks at 357MHz already (1:1) then you might be interrested in knowing that I have gotten a pair of those sticks to run 3-3-3-9 timings at 366MHz 2.2V, I still prefer to run them at 4-4-4-12 timings 400MHz 2.1V and getting 3.2GHz on the CPU instead of 3GHz though.

Yea I was a little concerned about the temperatures as well. The thing is I don't know which readings to trust. Check out the screenshot of the cpu under load... ASUS says the temp is 55 degrees, Intel says it's 57-64 degrees, and CoreTemp says it's 60-64 degrees... which one should I go by? heh

I'll try that.

The board came with a fan addon for cooling the MB but it said "Only use this if using water cooling as this may interfere with air flow otherwise." Think I should try sticking that in? The chipset and memory do get a lot hotter to the touch then i'd like them to be.
