How is this memory?

That ram should be fine. Some people try for the Cas2 stuff, but 2.5 is fine.

You will be able to overclock as well. You will just have to use a memory divider. Which most people will agree on the A64's does not hurt performance at all. Not like the current AXP's.
 
Its because of the on die memory controller. It doesnt wig out like the controllers on motherboards for the AXPs.

A bunch of people over in the AMD forums here have run tests and found that it doesnt affect the performance of system all that much.
